Screen Prints

These prints are individually created with the same integrity as my hand painted pieces. Each of these distinctive images are prints of original Gunmonkey Paintings, screened by hand on single sheets of vintage paper and released in limited editions of 100. Print values only rise as the available quantity decreases. Once a print series is sold out, it will not be printed again, retaining and increasing their value over time.

The original was privately commissioned in 2014 and sparked the creation of an entire western series I exhibited in Ventura, California the same year. "Cole" was portrayed by John Wayne in the classic western "El Dorado" in 1966.

The original piece sold during exhibition in 2014, it was created as a part of a larger western series. "Blondie" was portrayed by Clint Eastwood in the spaghetti western "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" in 1966.

The original was created as part of series called the Gun Show in 2013 and sold privately in 2014. This particular print was saved as to be the last for two reasons. The first being the quality of the screened print and the second is the rarity of the vintage paper. The paper has the standard black and a secondary red ink, extremely rare for dictionaries during this time.
